- Are Diamondback and Tungsten Carbide Nozzles worth it?
Overall it flows better than a regular 0 4mm nozzle Required nozzle temperatures are typically 5-10C lower than brass copper nozzles, and 10-20C lower than using hardened steel nozzles Is it worth it? That's a tough call

WE LOVE these nozzles and the support team We got the 0 4 and 0 6 mm nozzles (both Tungsten Carbide) We had a small issue with the 0 4 nozzle and support was awesome in getting us a replacement They definitely stand behind their product, and for good reason The nozzles work amazing for abrasive AND non-abrasive filament types
- Anyone try Diamondback nozzles? - Prusa3D Forum
Our diamond tip is secured by swaging the brass around the diamond tip, rather than inserting it from the back of the nozzle Our nozzle retains the wall thickness between the threads and the hex portion, which can be a failure point on other nozzle designs
