Do you have a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) between the wall-outlet and the router, to protect the router from "power-spikes" ? A UPS is less than $100, and will protect multiple devices (router, TV, TV box, VCR, home stereo) from "surges"

I was totally confused by the printout that the Shaw rep gave me It showed the list of removed channels using my Arris gateway numbering But channels added or remaining were using the real bluecurve numbers starting at 0101 This made me think that I needed to somehow get these programmed to match
