The TPM on this computer is currently locked out, I cannot correct this . . . I have gone into the BIOS to disable the TPM, restarted and re-enabled I have removed it from the device manager, I even ran some powershell commands which seemed to do the trick since I was given the “F12” option to delete the TPM, but once I restarted it’s all back to square one
