MyIMG ALC Members Renewals If you are an existing ALC customer with a Global Prima, ALC Prima, or Flying Colours policy that was purchased prior to 1 August 2025, you must use the existing MyALC Member Portal Please note that policies renewed on or after 1 November 2025 will then be able to access MyIMG from the date of renewal
