Hi @Deej If the Doorbell was previously setup under a different email, that email is the devices owner If you can't login with that email to remove the Doorbell off of that account, you'll have to contact our support team to get the email switched Be sure to have the MAC ID of the device handy, as well as both of the emails Our support team will be able to take care of this for you Please

If you want to use multiple electronic devices (tablet, another phone, etc ) to control your Ring devices, download the Ring app onto the additional devices and use the same login and password you use to log into the Ring app If you have multiple Ring devices, you must add the *Shared* User to each device *individually*
