Amazon knows I'm signed up to Prime (and logged in), the Virgin menus on our TV box remember I'm one of the options for who might be currently watching Prime video, but when I actually go in to the app through our box and try to watch something on Prime it just brings up the option to pay for a Prime subdcription What am I missing?

BBC iPlayer app not working I’ve just received my first Stream box and all is working well except for the BBC iPlayer app Netflix, Amazon Prime and even the Apple TV app work fine I am able to sign in successfully sign into the BBC iPlayer app but once in, I get errors either when loading the main screen content or trying to stream any content

I don't know of an easy way to block access to iPlayer, but a BBC account is required to to use iPlayer, do you have one? If not they won't be able to watch anything
