It's more likely that the tin roof of the groceries stores is acting like a Faraday's Cage and blocking the cellular signal It's a combination of factors, the metal roof, the concrete structure, and water (from all the produce, and the humid environment in the store) are all major signal blockers No, they aren't jamming cell service lol
