Night Fury Zoanthid theory! | Reef2Reef Night fury zoanthids may still be common in the hobby, but classified under common names as a morph I'm not saying that night fury zoas are not rare by any means, or that I am right It was just a thought of mine that I thought could be fun to share and hear feedback about

Best light for a 20GAL Long | Reef2Reef I have 2 maxspect jump blue lights from my 75 but I worry that just one of those lights would bake the tank at 65w It's only a 20GAL I have a coralife light over the tank right now but it only has white light with mixed blue and all blues or off Does anyone recommend a light for corals nems
Light recommendations needed. I’m picky about spectrums. I purposely opted for G5 over G6 Mostly because I didn’t need that extra spread In fact, I put the retrofit high intensity lenses on them That is an incredible upgrade My lights sit 15 inches over the water and zero light splash Looks crazy cool at night Tank glows and my floor does not You’re mileage will for sure vary though
Full Spectrum, Solid Blue, or No Lighting at Night? I'm in the full spectrum camp I like the natural look of the corals The heavy blue light make everything look like a kids Glo Fish tank in my opinion I dont run any lighting at night I feel it's part of the cycle and allows the nocturnal critters to get their turn to run around Another thing to consider is your parameters nutrient levels
