If you want to learn the "Fusha" (the official arabic language), I don't recommend watching current arab Tv series because the characters speak a certain arabic dialect which is too different than the language (it can have its own grammatical rules) Just start to watch cartoons, you can find them on youtube The characters speak well-pronounced arabic, the same arabic that you'll find in books
