Yes, Zappos is legit, they are a division of Amazon I have used them, it works exactly as described, you buy the shoes and can easily return any you don't want for a refund Keep in mind however that because of the size of shoeboxes you need to ship the return boxes in-person, you can't drop them in a drop-off box

The only shoes I have loved came from Amazon website not Zappos The shoes are the ‘do your best’ ones and are so amazing Sold my soul to amazon in sep 2021 to CRETs and they are just now breaking at the toe on the outside but are still wearable and got the still good to wear by safety at my building
