I've been modding for the last few weeks and everything was doing fine when all the sudden Vortex created a new folder "Skyrimvr" and moved the downloaded files in there I don't own VR so why the sudden switch? I'm playing on a downgraded version of Skyrim SE (1 5 97) and the last mod I download

I am having an issue where Vortex is not finding the path to my Steam games, When I try to add the games manually the exe doesnt show in the folder I can go to the same path not using Vortex and it is there It only doesnt show up whrn I use Vortex I have reinstalled both Steam and Vortex and the proplem persist

EDIT: Personally, I don't use this method to adjust load order in Vortex I let Vortex sort the plugins On the few occasions when I've had to fine tune the load order, I've use group assignments I mentioned this drag feature in Vortex only because (in my opinion) it's the easiest way to make a plugin rule, if you need to make one

Vortex still has the tools applet on the dashboard You can set up the Script extender there (it probably is already there) Making it the default will make it launch using the launch button on the top left corner of Vortex The new update may have pushed the tools applet to the bottom of the page, so scroll down on the dashboard

I just used automatic update with Vortex to update it to the latest version about 3 days ago which would've been 5 4 2019 I had it updated to the previous version, so I was only updating by one version Vortex deleted all my profiles, and I had to reinstall all my mods and recreate new profiles
