not close, the S-12 shares roots with the FK both based on the microsoft WMO 1 1 the starlight will have less hump contact on your MCP, the curves in the front and back allow for more room for the pinky and ring and more even contact pitch, thumb will feel less locked in vs the viper mini, the closest in hand feel would be the medium but it's also noticably wider
