I am guessing this is UPS doing maintenance or a issue entirely on their end I was just logged in two hours ago and all was fine Came back now and continue to receive this message I have attempted to login on six different PC's (3 metal 3 VM's), a Android Phone, multiple browsers, and ID's without success

That solution didn't work for me, so I went through numerous calls, texts and chats with UPS in order to identify the issue and fix Thought I'd share in the hope it helps others In my case, the issue was that the MyChoice account had a main email of a very old work email, with the back-up email set to my current gmail address

Once there, if you pick the login support from the options, it redirects you to tracking support who tell you to call 1-877-289-6418 for login support, but you can ask them to transfer you to login support instead

A very weird thing happened An item from my lost parcel was sent by UPS to a friend overseas They found her address on the item (it was a gift from her to me) However, the Overgoods and Claims departments have no record of doing this I fear that my parcel was separated into several lots before being sent to Overgoods
