- Should tenants be asked to break down their carboard before putting in . . .
Should tenants be asked to break down their cardboard before putting it in the apartment dumpsters or cans Some weeks the cans and dumpsters fill up with in a day or two of the last pick-up simply because people won't crunch, fold or breakdown their cardboard boxes I've seen designated trash and recycle areas piled high in boxes which is a code violation in many communities
- Proof of being a good tenant - worthwhile? - Renting -Apartments . . .
Many years ago I randomly ended up renting a great apartment back when rent prices were very reasonable in my HCOL city Due to a variety of factors,
- Dealing with kids in an apartment complex (lease, tenants, rental . . .
I currently live in a large apartment complex (100+ units) Lots of kids (ages 5-10) are outside playing, yelling, crying, and arguing I can tune out
- Paying to install fence in rented home. . . . (lease, tenant, rental . . .
I have been renting a house for 3 years now and I don't plan on going anywhere I'm even interested in buying the house maybe a year or so from now
- Lease signing date after lease begin date? (apartment, tenant, rental . . .
I am actually asking from the Landlords point of view, if there are issues, it seems strange to have a lease date that is later than the beginning date of the lease, would that make the lease invalid?
- Landlord tenant issue, landlord telling me I cant burn incense (renter . . .
I beg to disagree that it's "pretty absurd" In my first year of being a landlord I had a tenant in a small studio who burned incense all the time she was at home I didn't give it much thought until her lease was up and then discovered when she left that the smell clung to everything - bedding, the mattress, upholstery and cushions, all of which needed a thorough deep cleaning before the odor
- How quickly can you expect a brand new apartment complex to fill up . . .
There is a new complex that I have my eye on that will be finished in about a month and a half It's about 150 units I can't pre-reserve a unit yet
- what will happen if tenant has unpaid utility bill under their name . . .
will landlord be responsible for that if a tenant moved out? and can landlord disconnect the service of the property so the next tenant have to take
