The "founder" of racknerd has closed several similar companies, and left customers holding the bag I believe is also awaiting sentencing in a fraud case from his previous company alpharacks where he was accused of abusing his position at a larger company to basically get free services for said previous company so that it for what you will

Found Racknerd, the price was great, and I'm not completely unfamiliar with Linux so I was able to get the most bang for the buck For example, why add backup plugins to Minecraft which take resources, when you can configure a cronjob? Using Paper MC for even better performance on my tiny Racknerd slice Couldn't ask for more for this low price

RackNerd: Drop in reliability scores? I admittedly haven't paid much attention to my RackNerd Presearch nodes for awhile but did notice last night that my reliability scores have all dropped to around 77 from what used to be like upper 80's lower 90's not that long ago Any other like users seeing the same? 🤔

I haven't used Racknerd specifically but that's generally what port 22 only being open means PuTTY is an example of an ssh client you can run in Windows Also when troubleshooting networks I recommend doing a packet capture with something like Wireshark For instance, does nmap consider the port to be closed only if it doesn't get any response?
