For example, searching for "short evergreen tree" yields different results than short evergreen tree, but I'm not sure of how it's doing this, and it still doesn't give exact results for websites that have the quoted text as an exact phrase

I'm using Bing as my default search engine and I still need go back to Google when I need to search for an exact phrase or sentence because Bing can't reliably do it
