When PNC replaced EWC with EWC+ last winter this PNC Bank - Web Connect setup started being used for EWC+ as well as for WC For me, WC continues to work well but EWC+ with this PNC Bank - Web Connect setup has had intermittent reliability issues Hopefully, it works better for you

regarding this PNC Bank issue, I tried on my own today, and I was able to connect my four PNC accounts with "PNC Bank - Direct Connect" I was able to authorize successfully on the web, at last! Perhaps this means they actually have resolved the issue, since I didn't run into any errors, and my PNC balances are correct

Instead they need to be set up using PNC Card Services Online which will push you to the PNC website where you will need to log in and authorize PNC to download your financials to Quicken (or Intuit who is Quicken's aggregation provider) They will be set up for downloading with the Express Web Connect+ (EWC+) connection method, not with the DC

I have two PNC checking accounts One is Direct Connect and the other is Web Connect The Direct works better and faster than Web on my slow satellite connection I don't see an option to change the Web connect to Direct connect Is there a way?

@cbinder4 Try these steps to get the EWC+ connection to work Make a backup of your data file Deactivate all of your accounts with PNC by going to the Online Services tab in Account Details and clicking on "Deactivate"
