Memtest86 checks strictly RAM hardware in detail, while the other ones checks for RAM interaction with rest of system including memory handling in OS You can have perfectly good RAM as attested by memtest86 but it doesn't check for IMC (Internal Memory Controller) which is in CPU, module compatibility with BIOS or between 2 or more modules

Thank you for your answer, in fact it is a kit of 4*32Go from Corsair When I did a test of 128GB I had 4 errors, in the first pass, then after more error, so now I test one ram at a time in the A2 socket (first right) On the Corsair site, they request a MemTest86 test for the warranty of the entire kit
