Hello All, I recently December 3rd 2018 got a new full time job I haven’t driven for uber lyft juno since then I plan on changing my tlc plates to regular nyc plates My tlc inspection blue sticker expires on feb 3rd so I would like to do it before that What are the procedures thank you
