Don't get me wrong, I would like to see this settled sooner than later, and a right is a right, not a maybe It looks to me like the SCOTUS (actually, only ACB, JR, and BK is an almost - I would be shocked to gain any of the lefties) is seeing all these other court battles happening around the country, and decided to treat this whole AWB subject like an interlocutory appeal at this moment in time
