I just talked to them on the phone and they sent me an email for account recovery support and said it would take a couple days From there they had send me an email to FSAIDVerify@ed gov with the following information: Case Number: Name: Phone Number: Date of Birth: Email: ID Passport (Picture) I would give them a call It took me over an hour for them to reply Hope this helps! :)
