I was recently using capcut pro with a monthly package, and after the month I wanted to use the yearly version and paid the money But apparently, cap cut automatically deducts my money to pay for the next month, which means that now I have both the monthly and the yearly package So is there any way to delete the monthly package and get a refund?

I switched From Using the Latest Version of Capcut to a older Version because it doesn't have all the AI Features, CapCut Pro and it has a more Simple Design If you want to download the older Versions

Every time I try to install Capcut Desktop, it just stays stuck at 95% without me being able to do anything I even tried using a different folder pathway, but that didn't work either I'm trying to export something from the Cloud on my computer, since my phone can't handle it

The file exports perfectly but when I go to download capcut says “file failed to download” All my clips and audio are the same as my other edits and my computer has enough storage so what is the problem? PLEASE HELP!!
