Anyone’s partner doing BUILD? My husband is looking for a program like BUILD that has the warm-ups cool downs and timers all included He’s pretty sure he’s going to just sign up for BUILD even though it’s for women, just wondering if any men are out there doing it? I’m an ectomorph! This is what I have learned: Ecto’s typically have high metabolisms which is why we don’t gain weight easily ( Though we do gain fat if our diets are full of garbage) We usually need a few more calories to keep us going than mesos or endos, and we do better with a slightly higher carb diet than the other body types Because we lose weight easily and don’t build
